Nawal is a multidisciplinary designer, illustrator and a speaker who loves working on projects that pushes her boundaries and made her think outside the box. Her background in Communications allows her to integrate marketing components in her designs making them not only aesthetically pleasing but also marketable as well. She pays homage to her Malaysian roots by incorporating some local elements in her design…whenever she can 🙂

With her fun and eclectic personality, she gives attention into little details in her projects making them memorable. meaningful and impactful.  When not designing or speaking, Nawal works on building her lifestyle brand on FUNKYRIFFIC! and shares her love for sewing and DIY on Skolah Nawal. She loves Malaysian food, travel the world, learning new things and spend time with her family. Nawal is currently based in New York, USA and work with various clients all over the world.
